Voyager Coffee and Tea is the platform we use to share our Passion for producers, proprietors, and people just like you and me.  We work with farm level producers to ensure that the products you drink are of the highest quality, road tested to stand up to whatever your day might bring.

White Tea - Pai Mu Tan (Bai Mu Dan) - Translated directly as “ White Peony “, this white tea is brought to you from Fuding, in China on the border of the Fujian Province. This area is commonly recognized as the home of White Teas, and renowned for the quality and flavor that the young leaves plucked from plants in this terroir develop when brewed.  

Key to the cup - Brew this tea at a low temperature, and only for a short time to develop the best flavor. White tea does not undergo as much processing as it’s green and black counterparts, and is much more water soluble.  White tea is recognized as the most nutritious from the lack of processing the leaves undergo, and shortening your brew time helps to maximize the flavor and avoid bittering over extractions! Brew one bag or 1 tsp. Of tea leaves with 8-12 oz. of spring water for 3-4 minutes.

Green Tea - Green Dragon - Is a fresh rolled green tea from the Guangdong Province in China.  Our green teas come from multiple regions, but our rolled green chinese tea makes up the backbone of many of our blends, including our classic Morroccan Mint tea and Comfort Blend. We only carry ceremonial Japanese matcha, a grade of quality that is sure to please the most particular connoisseurs.


Key to the cup - Brew for 2-3 minutes, at 175-185 degrees.  This shorter brew time will lead to a honey sweetness in Chinese green teas, and will bring out the true character that any of our Japanese teas like Sencha or Matcha possess.   

Black Tea - Oolong, Assam, Keemun, Darjeeling, Souchong, Yunnan, Pu’erh, and so the list goes on! We work diligently to match the demands of your palette with the wide variety of teas that are grown from the south peninsula of India to the northern regions of Japan.  The label in your hands contains the coordinates to the location of your specific tea.  Interested in learning more about the farmers we work with?  Give us a call!  

Key to the cup - Each black tea type and processing style contains its own secrets.  From the nutty crisp flavors of Keemun to the deep soft fruity notes of Darjeeling, black tea is the most dynamic and storied version of the world’s second most popular beverage.  Typically, black teas are best brewed at a slightly higher temperature around 205 degrees F, for no more than 5 minutes.
